1. WEB EDI operation
There are two main types of messages processed this time: ASN shipping notifications and DELFOR order forecasts. Among them, we focus on ASN.
DELFOR messages are sent by Gentherm, and the data integration platform is responsible for receiving and processing them, and automatically sends notification emails to the designated mailbox. We can also use the WEB EDI system to display information related to orders received.
ASN messages are the data we upload to the WEB EDI system. After the user clicks send, the data integration platform converts and sends it to Gentherm to ensure that the information can be transmitted accurately.
The WEB EDI system interface includes 3 interfaces: order information (displays the orders sent to us by Gentherm), delivery information (we send ASN to Gentherm), address (can view the ID of each address)
order information：Displays the contents of the DELFOR prediction message received from Gentherm. Customers can view the details of the shipping plan.
delivery information：After the customer uploads the shipping information using Excel, the system will generate the corresponding ASN EDI message and submit it to Gentherm.
Address: View ID information for all addresses
Through these three modules, the WEB EDI system can efficiently support the display of order information, generation and sending of shipping messages, and management of address information.
Receive Delfor Information
Whenever Gentherm sends us a forecast order, the details of all orders can be displayed on WEB EDI (one row per order)

Parameters that users care about
**PO Number/**Buyer Item Number: Gentherm's order number/Gentherm's material number, one order number corresponds to an item number
Buyer ID： The buyer's ID, which will be used when filling in the ASN
Seller ID：The ID assigned to the supplier by Gentherm, used when filling in the ASN
Ship To ID：The ID of the Gentherm plant, different IDs represent different Gentherm plants（1500-Shanghai Gentherm，2300&2400：Mexico Gentherm）
Cumulative Quantity Received： The quantity that Gentherm actually received for this item
Cumulative Quantity Ordered： The quantity that Gentherm actually ordered for this item
PO Line Number: The order line number of this order. Will be used when sending the ASN.
Despatch Advice Number:Despatch Advice Number.Will be used when sending the ASN.
Delivery Plan Status: Frim(Confirm that delivery is required)，planning/forecast(Prediction only)
Discrete Quantity：Gentherm requires the quantity of this material
Unit：The unit of this item
Request Delivery Date：Delivery is required on this date
Delivery Earliest Date/Delivery lastest Date:Delivery is required within this timeframe
Send ASN to Gentherm
We will provide an Excel template for uploading shipping information.Here is empty template：
Despatch Date：Shipping date,fill in after shipping(Format：yyyyMMdd, For Example：20251125)
Estimated Arrival Date: Estimated arrival date of goods(If we ship to the Gentherm factory in about 3 days, and the date here is Despatch Date +3 days. Format：yyyyMMdd，For Example：20251128)
Buyer ID： The buyer's ID
Seller ID： The ID assigned to the supplier by Gentherm
Ship To ID： The ID of the Gentherm plant, different IDs represent different Gentherm plants
Package Type：Packaging type of box
**Purchase Order Number/**Buyer Item Number：Gentherm's order number/Gentherm's material number, We have this data in DELFOR Excel
Supplier Item Number：The supplier's material number

Quantity Per Pack：The quantity of materials per carton/box

Quantity Unit: The quantity unit of this material. We have this data in DELFOR Excel
